Hedgehog Yoga for Preschool | Shapes, Stories & Yoga Cards

Meet Hedgie the Hedgehog and explore shapes through stories and yoga. Preschoolers can stretch into shape-themed poses, follow a woodland adventure, and practice balance and breathing as they move.

Bring the stories, pose cards, warm-up games, and shape-breathing posters to circle time or a movement break. Teachers can guide a group session or choose a short activity when children need to move and refocus.
